Pulsar Measurement is a worldwide leader in ultrasonic instrumentation for wastewater, industrial, and environmental markets.  Since 1986 we have developed, manufactured and marketed industrial flow and level monitoring instruments including ultrasonic level transmitters, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters, and open channel flow meters.

Sensia’s turbine flow electronic devices satisfy a wide range of customer needs, from simple terminal housings and wiring kits to cutting edge totalizer/transmitters with Bluetooth and condition-based monitoring.

These products are flexible, designed to receive multiple forms of frequency output from turbine meters and other devices, including AC sine wave, DC pulse, and dry contact closure. Once acquired, it can be displayed locally in engineered units, retransmitted via analog 4-20 mA, amplified pulse, or digital communications, including Modbus and HART. Historical data is logged in a downloadable secure data format.

The NUFLO Scanner 2100 and 2105 build upon this legacy with additional functionality, including the ability to self-integrate into wired or wireless networks using the QRATE 3000 series Scanner Flow Computer / RTU as the master, providing true redundancy to a multi-stream measurement and automation network. All are API 21.1-compliant and have metrological certifications, running various AGA and API industry standards.

The portfolio also provides remote programmable controllers, like the QRATE iXC2 Edge Controller for applications requiring more complex control strategies and data acquisition. Our family of RTUs and controllers have flexible connectivity and functionality for both legacy and IoT devices.

Thermatel Model TA2 Mass Flow Transmitter measures mass flow by detecting heat dissipation from a heated surface.

The The sensor contains two mass balanced elements with precision matched RTDs. The reference sensor measures the process temperature (up to +400° F [+200° C]); the second RTD measures the temperature of the heated sensor. The power to the heater is varied to maintain a constant temperature difference above the reference temperature.
