Teledyne ML®660 Conventional Extractive System A Monitor Labs, Inc. Pre-Engineered CEMS.

The Teledyne ML®660 conventional extractive system is designed to extract and condition hot, wet stack gas for a dry basis measurement of any combination of SO₂, NOx, CO, CO₂, and O². This system can be configured specifically for 40CFR60, 40CFR75, and process control applications.

The most common application for Gasmet™ CEMS and Gasmet™ In-Situ is continuous emissions monitoring of waste incinerators and cement kilns.

Gasmet Continuous Emissions Monitoring System CEMS II e offers TÜV and MCERTS certified solution (QAL1) for a wide range of demanding emission monitoring applications. CEMS II e is suitable for a variety of industrial processes – from waste incineration to cement plants.  Gasmet CEMS II e is generally used to simultaneously measure the following 16 gases: H₂O, CO₂, CO, N₂O, NO, NO₂, SO₂, HCl, HF, NH₃, CH₄, C₂H₆, C₃H₈, C₂H₄, C₆H₁₄ and CH₂O. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) can also be measured with the FTIR analyzer.
