The most common application for Gasmet™ CEMS is continuous emissions monitoring of waste incinerators and cement kilns.

The capability to measure HCI and HF in addition to typical criteria pollutants (SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, O2 etc.) makes FTIR the best solution for these applications. In addition, there is no need to use a Flame Ionization Detector for TOC (Total Organic Carbon) - measurement. The hydrocarbons can be measured individually and then added together in the software to form a TOC - number.

Lower flammable limit (LFL or LEL), total hydrocarbon monitoring and Calorific value (BTU) analysers for the most demanding industrial applications.

These are stand alone, fast response analyzers, fail safe in design and immune to contaminants, capable of measuring multiple solvent mixtures without re-calibration.

Employing the measurement principle known as ‘single line spectroscopy’, the near infrared tunable laser diode analyzers offer a broad range of very low level gas measurements.

Mounting options include insitu, extractive, and multi-path variations. The measurement technology offers high sensitivity and signal transmission, no cross interference issues, fast response and only annual calibration requirements. Rated to CSA Class 1, Div 2 as a standard.

A full range of process gas analysis instrumentation utilizing technology such as zirconia dioxide for combustion control applications, paramagnetic technology for process Oxygen applications and a range of Infrared analyzers for various industrial gas applications.

The analyzer range includes portable, bench top, 19" rack and wall mounting units for single and multi-component high accuracy gas measurements in process applications from general purpose to class 1, division 1.
